How To Unlock Netflix Parental Controls. 1 Click your profile on the top right and choose Manage Profiles. Use Parental controls on Netflix to see your options.
You can create up to five profiles on your account. After finding the show or movie choose the Block option from the drop-down option. Open the Profile Parental Controls settings for the profile you want to lock.
Enter your Netflix password.
Use a 4-digit combination to generate a PIN code. To access the parental controls you have to go to Netflixs website. You will be prompted for this PIN according to your current parental control maturity level. Access the web browser and go to your Account page.
